Common questions

Does it work with any MLS?

For MLS lookup, we use the SimplyRETS API — which requires an IDX feed from your MLS board. Alternatively, paste any Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin URL and Qlio will scrape the data automatically.

How long does rendering take?

Most videos render in 1-3 minutes depending on the number of photos. You'll see a live status indicator on your dashboard and can download as soon as it's done.

Can I add my own branding?

Yes. Every video can include your name, phone, email, and logo. The Agency plan includes white-labeling, so Qlio's branding is removed entirely.

What formats are exported?

Every render produces two H.264 MP4 files — 1:1 square (Instagram/Facebook) and 9:16 vertical (Reels/TikTok/Stories). 4K export is coming soon for Pro & Agency.
