By accessing or using Qlio ("Service"), operated by Qlio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Qlio is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may be subject to interruptions, bugs, or changes without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time during the beta period.
Qlio provides automated real estate listing video generation. Users may create branded social media videos by submitting property information and branding assets. Videos are generated using third-party rendering infrastructure.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, logos, property information). By uploading content, you grant Qlio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to use and upload all content you submit.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Free tier includes 3 video renders and does not require a credit card.
The Qlio platform, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by Qlio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
