Qlio ("we", "us", "our") operates getqlio.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Qlio, you agree to this policy.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. This is used to create and identify your account.
Information you voluntarily provide: agent name, title, phone, brokerage, headshot photo, and logo. This is stored to auto-fill your video branding.
Addresses, prices, photos, and other listing details you submit to generate videos. This data is stored to power your listing journey and video history.
We use Stripe to process payments. We never store your full credit card details. Stripe provides us with subscription status and billing dates only.
Basic usage data such as pages visited and features used, collected to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including brand profile, properties, and videos — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
